Amy Albright: M.T
I earned my certification from the Lakeside School of Massage Therapy. I am trained and specialized in the following massage techniques: Swedish, Trigger Point, Connective tissue, Joint mobilization and Shiatsu. I believe very strongly in the power of touch, which not only reaches ones exterior but inner core and soul as well. I believe it inhibits prolonged mental & physical health. All the aches and pains one has endured or are currently undergoing, in the mental and physical sense, can help you become connected and better able to help the client. I have the ability to give someone so much in the form of relief from everyday stress. That is what I feel makes this career so rewarding for me. I get the chance to hear the inner workings of ones soul, in a completely silent environment, through unspoken words and energy. In my personal life I enjoy swimming, listening to music, watching movies at home and playing with my children.

I received my certification and training at the Lakeside School of Massage, located in Milwaukee, WI. While studying different techniques there I was able to expand on my perceptions about massage and felt that my specialty lies within the Swedish and Muscle release therapy techniques. I enjoy this profession for many reasons; to aid in the client’s healing process and assist in educating them about the practice of massage. In my free time I enjoy martial arts and reading. I also studied Japanese for 5 years.

Nicole Relyea: M.T.

I attended the Windemere Institute of Healing Arts in Madison and graduated from their practitioner of Healing Arts program in July of 2006. I specialize in Thai Massage, Circulatory, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Sensory Repatterning and Reiki Massage. My mission is to help others live more joyfully and with a greater awareness. My philosophy is that our physical experience of the world greatly effects our ability to feel joy; if we are not physically comfortable and able to move with ease, it is challenging to be joyful. By increasing our awareness of our bodies and taking care of ourselves, we are more able to experience and enjoy the world around us. My goal with massage is to help my clients to relax, gain awareness, and become more comfortable in their bodies. I am a musician; I play guitar and sing with the Philharmonic Chorus of Madison. I enjoy running, skiing, swing dancing, and yoga, and play ultimate frisbee. I also used to be a martial arts instructor.
Kevin Roys: M.T

My techniques for massage cover these areas: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reiki and Sports Stretching. I believe in providing expert care with attention to client needs on a day-to-day and individual basis. I work hard so that each person leaves the massage experience with a sense of rejuvenation and satisfaction. My philosophy is that healing is an act of creation and partnership. My hobbies include but are not limited to martial arts, painting, poetry, singing and dancing. I am also into metaphysics and ontology. My life is a series of practices and my work is as well. I love life and enjoy making a difference with people.
