1. What can I expect during my first massage session at Pure Massage?
   Your massage therapist will ask about your reasons for getting a massage, your current physical condition,     medical history, and any particular areas you would like the therapist to address.
2. Does insurance cover my massage services?
   If a physician prescribes it, some insurance providers will cover your massage services. Most if not all insurance comapnies will not cover facial services.  We recommend that you review your policy, and we will be happy to provide you with the therapist’s license number or other information needed for your paperwork. Please request    this information when booking your session.
3. How often should I get a massage?
   Massage offers the most benefits with frequent sessions, and this is why Pure Massage Packages are such a valuable investment for your health! You can notice changes and effects after a minimum of three sessions, so it’s important to get a massage as frequently as possible. Many of our clients enjoy weekly massage services.
4. What do I do during the massage?
   You are encouraged to communicate your needs, likes, and dislikes throughout the session. The therapist will       ask about your comfort level at various intervals of the session, and will adjust the treatment accordingly. If you would like a particular area worked on, it’s a good idea to let your therapist know before the session starts.        You’ll want to take deep breathes to help flush out the toxins naturally, and stay as relaxed as possible.
5. What should I do after the massage?
   You’ll need to drink plenty of water to flush out toxins from your muscles and enjoy the relaxing feeling! Very        deep relaxation is common, and this might make it difficult to concentrate for extended periods of time. Instead, spend some time resting quietly, breathing deeply, and just relaxing. As your body recovers from the session,      you may experience some soreness. Hot packs or icing are recommended for specific areas of discomfort.
6. How much does a one-hour massage cost?
   We offer a 1-hour massage service for $75 at the standard/full price, and exclusive discounted sessions       with the purchase of one of our 5 Pure Massage Packages! Since we know how valuable frequent massage sessions are, our prices make a weekly massage or facial session affordable! 1. What can I expect during my first facial session at Pure Massage?                                                              Your esthetician will ask about your skin care needs and goals, as well as your current skin care regimen. Based upon this information and what was provided in the intake form, you will be able to recieve a customized facial.
2. How often should I get a facial?                                                                                                                                It is recommended that you come in at least once a month or more frequently depending on your skin condition and needs.    At the completion of your visit, your esthetician will go over treatment options, product recommendations, and answer any questions that you may have.
3. What should I do after the facial?                                                                                                                       You are encouraged to avoid applying makeup for 12 to 24 hours and resume your normal skin care routine the following morning.  It is also advisable to drink plenty of water and flush out toxins from the treatment areas and keep your body and skin hydrated.
4. How much does a one-hour facial cost?                                                                                                            We have a variety of facials ranging from 30 minutes in length to 60 minutes. Our wonderful introductory pricing gives you the opportunity to experience a facial at these affordable rates, even if you've already been in for a massage!!  The pricing is listed in detail on the facial tab of the website. If you sign up for a membership or package you can continue getting monthly facials for the affordable rates for as long as you need or are recommended by  the esthetician.

1. How much do I need to undress?                                                                                                                             You will be asked to be undress in private; underwear may be left on or off at your discretion. The treatment         table is heated to your comfort level and the service provider can adjust the setting for you if neccesary.             Your modesty is respected at all times.
2. How much do I tip the service provider?                                                                                                                If you tip your massage therapist or esthetician it is an expression of gratitude. Most of our clients tip between        $10-$15 per 1 hour of service and this can vary depending on the quality of your experience. The best     compliment that a therapist or esthetician can receive is for you to refer a family member or a friend.
3. How can I get a gift card?                                                                                                                                      Gift cards are a great way to show appreciation for employees, send a gift to a loved one or share the Pure Massage and Facial experience for a friend or a last minute holiday gift!! Each gift card can be activated for any amount and is presented in an attractive gift envelope.
